RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert)

NAR’s Green Designation / GREEN

NAR’s At Home with Diversity

The At Home with Diversity® course is a comprehensive cultural diversity outreach program that will help real estate companies diversify their workplaces and improve the industry’s ability to serve culturally diverse consumers. Built on the letter and spirit of the Fair Housing Act, this training provides participants with tools to build diversity outreach into their businesses to best serve a dynamic and growing market.

NEW Recommended Elective Course:  Expanding Housing Opportunities (EHO) is a 4-hour education elective course developed by NAR® and designed to help real estate professionals understand affordable housing issues and their role in increasing housing opportunities. The class is designed to educate students on the range of affordable housing opportunities and clients seeking them; increase students’ knowledge and understanding of how affordability impacts the housing market, their clients, their business, and their community; help students analyze affordable financing options through credible lenders, including local, state, federal, and non-profit assistance programs for buyers and renters; and teach students how to better leverage partnerships and resources to expand housing opportunities through workforce housing initiatives, green building concepts, and advocacy to benefit the student, their clients, and their communities.

Military Relocation Professional / MRP

NAR’s Military Relocation Professional certification focuses on educating real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support. Presented by REBAC (Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council).

Pricing Strategy Advisor / PSA

 

Enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values with NAR’s PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certification.

Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist / RSPS

 

This certification is designed for REALTORS® who facilitate the buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination are involved in this market niche.

Seller Representative Specialist / SRS
