Joanne! I so loved the classes you taught recently for DBAAR via Zoom. Very few carry the knowledge AND ability to teach. I still prefer in-classroom courses, but who knows when we will fully recover from this pandemic and return to normal. I’m going to try to catch your GRI modules as they’re offered. I don’t believe it’s been offered at all this year here in Daytona Beach. Many teachers are dry, dry, dry. I found your energy and delivery to be quite engaging. I’d prefer to take these courses with you if possible.  If I can get the Broker Post requirements dealt with, I’d like to take the RSPS, SRS, CIPA, and RENE too! Many thanks again!

I have spent the whole day with Instructor, Joanne Chando. This morning she has totally covered AVMs and RVMs and Showing Consumers the Difference. So comprehensive in the valuation methods in evaluating home values. I truly appreciate the RPR (Realtor Property Resource) which uses RVM. This afternoon my brain is exploding as I try to take in all her instructions on Taxes and Money.

Loved loved your teaching us about Flashing, Hips, and various forms of Waste. It was a great class. Thank you for the laughs and the learns.

It was my pleasure to take yet the third class from you the other day. You would be an  awesome broker to work with, you would be a great mentor,  you remind me of my first broker, she let me follow her around like a little puppy and I learned so much from her 20 years ago. You would keep the momentum going and that’s what you did. I have 6 listings and all are under contract,  buyers coming out of my ears. All good, just wanted to let you know, I have your little voice in the back of my head!  lol

I think that is one of the biggest issues I have trainers is when They do not keep the group on task . I enjoyed your classes and was time well spent. Thank you for two great days of classes! First time in 13+ years in real estate that I can say that I truly enjoyed the classes and the instructor. You have a super personality and wouldn’t change a thing on how you teach. Look forward to working with you more in the future.

Joanne made our two days together so interesting and enjoyable. It is a delight to pay for a course and actually have someone “teach” instead of read from a textbook. I really appreciate her sharing her knowledge with us and inspiring us (me) to be the best Realtor we (I) can be! I know she is compensated for teaching these classes, but she aren’t compensated for her enthusiasm, she gave that to us free of charge. I look forward to participating in more courses Joanne teaches!

I have never enjoyed a taking a class in Real Estate as much as I enjoyed Joanne’s. Her sense of humor was a shining light. I am pleased I decided to do the course. Her agents are very lucky to have her as their Broker! What guidance and mentorship!

Thanks to Joanne, I am proud to announce that I passed my real estate broker exam this morning in Fort Lauderdale. I am headed back to Fort Myers now with a big smile on my face! It is a big step but it’ll be many years before I gain the experience Joanne has but I’m up for the challenge now! She is truly an inspiration!
